These organizations need to produce copy that allows them to immediately captivate their audience. They must publish compelling web copy to persuade, motivate, and encourage their audience to use their software. 2. Focus on Smaller Markets

SEO is critical to the success of any SaaS company. But, as you develop your SEO strategy, don’t just think about big markets, but prioritize new markets outside of those larger markets as well. Gene Caballero, co-founder of GreenPal said by ramping up their organic SEO on landing pages that were targeted to different markets, they generated numerous new leads.

“In addition to creating landing pages for large metros like Atlanta Ga, we also create them for Marietta, Alpharetta, Decatur, etc.,” he said. “This will ensure that Google’s algorithm can detect the keywords and our business in that specific location.”

Caballero explains that within those new landing pages, they write more than 2,000 words of unique content pertaining to that sub-market — things to see, claims to fame, attractions, restaurants, etc. This helps to expand their business to a new city and it has improved their business by 10%.

3. Post Diverse, Consistent Content

Written content isn’t the only thing that will bring your company success. You want to branch out and use a variety of content such as infographics, e-books, online calculators, and quizzes. But, what you post isn’t the only thing that will make a difference for your web copy. How often you publish will as well. One company that has seen much success in posting consistently and focusing on diverse content is Sellozo. Jessica McCune, marketing specialist of the company said these two things have helped them achieve many goals.
