Honest customer opinion is, and it is challenging to set worth of it. However, that sure doesn’t stop retailers from trying. Most of the places of business throughout the world now offer their customers some incentive in return for participating in a quick online survey (it would take a few minutes).

One glowing instance of such a study is on full display at the Tell M and S page. Marks & Spencer customers who got invitations to participate in the survey will get the chance to enter a prize draw for an opportunity to win a whopping worth of £250.


Keep in mind that these required details (date of visit, time of appointment and code-these information can be found from the store receipt) need to be entered to begin the process.

It needs to be marked out that an image of the bottom of a Marks & Spencer receipt can be referenced by taking a quick view at the lower left-hand portion in the Tell M and S page.

    I was served by Hannah who packed my bag with my purchases. I have been served by Hannah on many visits to the Hull ,main store, she is always pleasant ,and prefaces her duties with a smile. She is reassuring to myself,as an older person and it is good to feel a welcoming response.

    I’d like the store to recognise one of their employees. Daniel in hazel grove Stockport. He was on click and collect and he was very helpful. The order came in a large box and carrier bags. He very politely offered to carry these to my car. Daniel is a very courteous young man and nothing was too much trouble

    Yesterday I had a lovely time shopping at M&S in the Broadway, Bradford. I particularly like the size of that branch because it’s not too big and not to small. However, after spending money in menswear and the restaurant I went to the food hall to buy food gifts for Christmas which I do every year. Plants, wine sweets cake and biscuits ect.,. and I do not mind spending that bit extra for quality . Just one thing really annoyed me was the the price of the the large tins of chocolate biscuits . It does not seem much £15 Large tin and £6. for the boxes. This may seen trivial to you but I have bought these product for years for as little as £5 and £3. I know theses prices have been on generous offers but with with M&S closing down many stores I think it’s a misjudgement on your part to price them like this. People like myself have long memories. Last week I had a fabulous experience with Jenny in the Beauty section of M&S in Bury The Rock, she was so friendly and had a wealth of knowledge on the beauty products, I had never even considered ever buying beauty products from M&S in my life and I spend a lot of money on Beauty, Hair, Make-up, fragrance etc so this was a breath of fresh air to me to have jenny talk me through the different products M&S sell. I am so happy that Jenny was so knowledgeable and gave me the professional advise I needed and convinced me to buy the products, mainly Living Proof Hair products. Whilst Jenny talked me through the other brands / products in store I was delighted Jenny had approached me and asked politely if I needed any help or assistance with anything. I would just like to add that Jenny is an absolute credit to the store and one of the most friendly and approachable store assistants i have had the pleasure to speak to. From now on I will be coming back to speak to Jenny in my quest for more advice on the great range, choice of beauty products M&S have to offer. Thank you Jenny! Maria Stockton – , OL12 9SS,

  14. I have been a customer with marks and spencers for years I usually shop 3 times a week and get all my clothes from there. Today I was served by Surinder and was helped also as I am disabled . I shop in marks in Banbury Bridge Street store. I dont know what I would do without the assistance of your staff they are very helpful and when I was unwell a few weeks ago they helped me until I felt better. I cannot praise them enough

    Today, Tuesday,27th. November 2018 I made my weekly visit to M&S food store, Kingsway Retail Park, Rowditch Place, Derby to purchase my selection of food which includes my ‘standing order’ for fresh croissants and other bakery items. My usual large fresh croissants were not available this week due to the late delivery to the store of the ‘croissant mix’. I’ve collected these weekly for the past 13 years. Jane was outstanding in making sure I had an alternative. Excellent !

  18. Today I rang M&S Tamworth to book an appointment to have a fitting for a bra . They gave me an appointment for 2.30pm today . When I got there I was introduced to a Kathryn she took me to a booth and asked me what I required and I waited for a couple of minutes while she went and found what I wonted. She brought me an assortment and helped me to find what I wonted, Kathryn was superb helpful, kind , absolutely fantastic. She also helped me to get knickers and come to the till carrying my 3 bras and knickers to match. I don’t think that I have ever met such a lovely lady she was superb. Then she walked with me to my car to make sure that I got there safely . You see I am disabled. This lady has a very big heart. You are very lucky to have a lady like her working for you. Thank you M&S. XX

  19. Visited the Merryhill store on the 8/11/18. I was served by a young lady of the name of Sairah,who was training,I think a female manger was next to her,who thanked us for our patience,has it was very busy that day.I said it was not a problem.I said I would be gentle,we all have to learn,my hubby also pointed that out to the manger,and we had unfortunately lost our stores in walsall,she said she was really sorry for the inconvenience and straight away said i will give you a discount for the time you have waited to be serviced and then having to travel to an m&s stores.But the young lady,who was training,was so professional with her customer services,very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.Well done Sairah,keep up the good work,you are a credit to the store.
