Get Online Access To ScoreCard Rewards
ScoreCard Rewards customers can now access their account information online through a designated login page. To gain access customers will need to enter a user name and password into the required login fields and then hit the Log In button. Once logged in users will be able to access account information such as the rewards balance and redemption options. ScoreCard Rewards customers that have yet to set their account up for online access will need to click on the Create Profile button to be directed to a page where the 16-digit card number, name, zip code, and email address will need to be entered to create a profile. Users that would like to stay connected with the program can opt to follow on Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest directly from the login page.
To get the rewards you have to sign in to the online account first. Also, if you are not already registered, you will have to register with the online account first. Here, check out how.
Order a ScoreCard form
For this go to, www.scorecardrewards.com
Here, scroll down to the bottom right side of the page, and here, click on,
‘Order form’.
You have to fill up the award form and then mail it to,

Tampa, FL 3361-3504.
Register for ScoreCard
To register, visit, www.scorecardrewards.com
Here, at the middle right side, click on, ‘Create account’ in green.
You will get a box, at the middle of the page, and here enter,

Logging into ScoreCard
To log in, go to, www.scorecardrewards.com
Here, at the middle left side, you will get the login blanks, and there enter,

Check the validation box

Then, click on, ‘Login’.
This way you will be logged in.

Forgot login details
In case you have forgotten the login info, under the login blanks, click on, ‘Forgot your username or password?’.
You will get a box, here enter
