By accessing or using SEO Land (seoland.in), including our agency services, free webmaster tools, and educational guides, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Permitted Use of Free Webmaster Tools
Our webmaster tools (SERP Simulator, Robots.txt Generator, Schema Markup Builder, etc.) are provided free of charge for individual and commercial workflow enhancement. You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, or flood our infrastructure with unauthorized automated scraping scripts.
3. Agency Engagements & Proposals
Specific digital marketing scopes, deliverables, SLAs, and pricing for technical SEO, digital PR, paid ads, and AI search optimization are governed by individual client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed directly between the client and Seo Land.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary design systems, algorithms, codebases, and original editorial content on SeoLand.in are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Third-party brand references remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
Seo Land provides tools and content on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific third-party search engine algorithm ranking outcomes, as search algorithms remain under the sole discretion of third-party search engines (Google, Bing, Perplexity, etc.).
